We were appointed as principal contractors to demolish an existing side extension and create space for a three-storey, low-energy new build designed to Passivhaus standards. Working with Hem Architects, we delivered our clients’ vision, ensuring the home blended with the local area. It features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area at the rear, a snug/yoga room at the front, and three en-suite bedrooms across the upper floors, with stunning views over the Rivelin Valley.
