Proven new build experience across South Yorkshire

Our recent new builds show the range of homes we deliver. At Ringstead Crescent in Crosspool, we acted as principal contractor on a three-storey, low-energy home designed to Passivhaus standards, working alongside HEM Architects. At Crowgate in South Anston, we demolished an existing bungalow and built a bespoke replacement home with MVHR, solar panels, vaulted ceilings and two balconies. At Hillcrest Rise in Harthill, we completed a two-storey home with built-in dormers, a concrete-walled basement and extensive landscaping.

Can you work with my architect?

Yes. Many of our new build clients come to us with an architect already appointed, and we work alongside them from the technical drawings through to completion. At Ringstead Crescent, we were principal contractor working with HEM Architects to deliver a three-storey home designed to Passivhaus standards. Do you build energy-efficient and Passivhaus homes?

We do. Our recent new builds include a home designed to Passivhaus standards in Crosspool and a replacement home in South Anston with MVHR and solar panels. Energy performance is largely decided at design stage through the fabric, airtightness and ventilation strategy, so it pays to involve your builder early.
