Building your dream home
Working alongside you and your architect closely we will construct your home to your personal tastes discussing areas such as underfloor heating, render finishes, windows, kitchen and bathroom designs. We will ensure your property is well finished and that the build stays on track.

Self-build experts
Loosely speaking, the building of your self-build home will fall into six stages. These include:
Initial groundwork – including the site preparation and foundation work
Building the shell structure
Getting the house wind and weathertight
First fix - including the initial services, structural carpentry and plastering work)
Second fix - all the work carried out after plastering)
The final decoration and snagging
